Why would I want to have my giveaway listed here? I want my giveaways to be for my regular readers only!
An understandable sentiment. On the other hand, every new person who visits your blog is a potential new reader, subscriber, friend. A listing here is a way for people to discover your blog. The giveaway may be the amuse-bouche, but if your blog is delicious they’ll want to stay for the entire meal.
What giveaways are eligible for listing here?
To be considered for Compliments of the Kitchen, a giveaway must be either
- hosted by a food blog
- hosted by another kind blog, but of interest to food bloggers
Additionally, the giveaway must be free to enter. The exception to this is a fundraiser giveaway (aka a raffle) where 100% of the money is donated to a registered nonprofit organization.
